Shipping and Returns
Where we ship to: We currently only ship within the United States
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over $75.00
Shipping Service: We use priority mail which comes with tracking and insurance. You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of shipping.
Priority mail ships within in 3-5 business days. Most packages ship sooner but due to the current pandemic and weather we ask for your patience with delivery times.
Processing Times: We process orders and ship within 48 hours Monday-Saturday. Excluding holidays.
Shipping cost: We use USPS and ship the most economical way we can to you.
Lost/Stolen Packages :Please verify your shipping address at checkout prior to submitting your order as we are unable to make changes once submitted through our site.
If your package shows delivered but you have not received it please check with neighbors or reach out to your local post office.
Once a package ships, we are no longer responsible for it. At that point, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Any lost or stolen package claims can be handled with them. USPS - https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase but we know that things happen. If you receive an item that is damaged, or incorrect we ask that you contact us within 2 business days of receiving your item at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to make everything right.
At this time we will not be issuing refunds or accepting returns on any beauty/wellness/bath or personal items. All other items would need to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the product/s with the original packing slip, packaging and in new condition. We will not be responsible for return shipping charges. Any refunds issued will be credited back to the original form of payment.
No refunds will be issued on sale items.
